Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Johnston from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Johnston crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Johnston's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Most Johnston Roof Replacement projects combine two or three of these elements, not just one in isolation.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Johnston homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Johnston roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
